It's a challenge for Australia to achieve unprecedented feats.

The highest peaks have been successfully scaled.

We're talking about the squad that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with an additional six T20 titles, and once went 1,294 days unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, those for the record chasers, are all that remain for a squad that has achieved everything.

The fact it required up to Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase exceeding 300, reclaiming their record for the largest in the female 50-over format, is, honestly, a testament to the bowling attack that have worn canary yellow over the past 50 years.

It is hard for their batsmen to hold a record if not provided the possibility.

Ultimately, the result of Australia conceding 330 was captain Alyssa Healy being given a chance to create her most recent brilliance.

Then best known as the teenage relative of renowned former Aussie wicketkeeper Ian, she first played in 2010 after her country failed to win either of the T20 or ODI World Cups conducted earlier and has experienced everything through 15 trophy-laden years since.

At the next 50-over World Cup in New Zealand, Healy made 170 against England in the title decider and was named player of the tournament. She ensured her country would not fall short again.

Certain people claim the argument supporting the pressure of a final. Different voices suggest with the challenge that comes when confronting a historic chase and an enthusiastic Indian fanbase of 20,000.

What's clear is this hundred was far harder to predict.

She got to fifty in 35 deliveries - her swiftest at the global tournament - and her ton in 84 balls as she punished short deliveries, hitting 21 fours and three maximums.

By the time she was removed Australia needed 66 additional runs at a run-a-ball - a manageable total now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"To chase 330 is new territory so I am glad we have the assurance to do that now," added Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it again but, should it happen, we know we can achieve it."

Those words will be the final thing rival teams at this championship want to hear.

In recent days a sense they will win from any position has only strengthened - this triumph coming after success over Pakistan by 107 runs despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before an encounter with longtime competitors England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final berth may probably be guaranteed.
